My books were weeks late, which I honestly wouldn't have had a problem with had they communicated with me, I tried to contact them on the website form, via email ,on their WhatsApp and on their Instagram just to receive a response WEEKS later. They offered me a 30% off my next purchase which is useless considering the awful customer support they provided made me never want to order from them again.... i was days away from disputing the charges with my bank because i truly believed this was a scam site due to how hard they were to reach. I don't understand why they dont have a call centre in kuwait... the only number of contact is in Wyoming, America? Weird
