• If you receive a damaged or defective book, you can return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
• If you receive a book that does not match the description on our website, you can return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
• If you simply change your mind about the book you purchased, you can return it to us within 7 days of the delivery date, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
• If the item is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

• If you are returning a damaged or defective book, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you are returning a book because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for ebooks or audiobooks.
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for books that have been marked, damaged, or altered in any way by the customer.
